Service Description
This is a 1-hour call and document drafting. Let’s talk about your ideal vision of the future, and your friends’ and family’s future. Through an intake form (to be sent upon confirmation) and hour long conversation, you will be aware of the options available to help provide peace of mind. Based on the intake form and conversation, you will receive a simple will / trust, advanced directive, and/or power of attorney to your specifications. Additional follow up and revisions are billed separately at the hourly rate above (please book under One Hour End-of-Life Consultation)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: We understand that life happens, and are happy to work with you to reschedule appointments as needs arise. However, at this time, we do not offer refunds except in extenuating circumstances. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
